This concert still ranks as the worst show ever. They were a mess . Stumbling all over the stage. I think at one point the bass drum got pulled over after a guitar wire got tangled up in it . And getting in I almost got trampled up on third floor concourse waiting to get in. I had to ride people’s calves to stay upright.
Yes…they were terrible…

My first concert ever
I was 8 years old and begged my Mother to take me after seeing them in Sgt. Peppers. I had been a Kiss fan until seeing them in Sgt. Peppers. I remember watching Joe Perry tripping over the drum riser and the roadies picking him up. I remember my Mother and everyone saying how bad they were but to this 8 year old fan I thought they were great. I honestly felt like I had just seen super heros after seeing them that night. This and Van Halen in July of 81 go down as 2 of the best shows I ever saw.
