A double bill of 80’s rock.
Britny Fox was a Philly based band that got signed to CBS in the late 80’s with two members that were in an early version of Cinderella.
After reading the recent book release “ Nothin’ But A Good Time” , I now see how blatantly Britny tried to cop the look and sound of Cinderella. To me , they didn’t have the musical diversity Cinderella had and was just a decent 80’s band with several good tunes.
That night I was more intrigued with Bang Tango who were infusing hard rock with a heavy funk groove. – Chuck Speer
