This concert was complete with the flying pig coming down from the rafters as well as a guy who jumped from the balcony during “Learning to Fly.” I remember meeting the jumper a few years later down in a bar in Bloomington.
THANK YOU! I thought maybe I imagined that! I was sitting kinda caddy corner below that guy. Great show. I got stupid looks from A LOT of people because I was pretty pregnant then. I got those looks four years later at Motörhead, Alice Cooper, and Judas Priest, but why not start the kids out going to hear great live music with ya? Is there a better way to bond? We still share music and now I also share the music with my grandkids. 🥰🎼🎶🎵🎶🔊
I was there! Went with my high school buddy Brian. We gave a couple girls from school a ride to the concert. Emily was drinking Dark Eye’s Cheery Vodka and Mountain Dew the whole way there. Brian’s Monte Carlo had light blue interior, and let’s just say it was purple before we got to Indy. I swear I don’t know if Emily remembers a thing from that concert! Being a teenager in the 80’s life was epic and so was the concert!!

I was 17 and this was only my 2nd concert ever!!! Amazing!
I was there. Saw the guy jump and land in front of me. 🤯
Was there a bed hanging from the roof too?
